Genuine Hamilton movement in custom watch case. The outside of the back casing has multiple pressure dents, inside is hallmarked 10% IRID PLAT.  
Watch has been repaired to a basic functioning state but has not been thoroughly tested for accurate time keeping and will not be guaranteed. 
The crystal is in fair condition, decent amount of pinhole dings and hairline scratching.  The dial will most likely need to be restored as this shows the most significant amount of physical imperfections.  The Hamilton is partially worn off and the face shows a significant amount of dirt, residue and discoloration. 
There are approximately 52 round cut diamonds - 1.35mm width - and 6 baguettes - .04ct.ea. - bringing the TCW to approximately .75ct.  Diamonds are VS1 and G in color. 
The braided cord strap is most likely stainless steel and has an area where a wire has detached (please refer to photo #7).  The clasp 1/40th 10K Gold filled, brand new with a safety chain.
