TERMS & CONDITIONS​​​

PURCHASES

Once a purchase has been made and the payment completed, please click HERE to submit a form confirming your purchase. Please be sure to include your first and last name, email address & merchandise item number.

 

Certain items that are available for sale but not eligible for shipping will be listed as Local Pickup Only. These products may be purchased online and picked up in-store. Items must be picked up within the same day of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made. Proof of purchase and I.D. will be required.

 

We will NOT ship an item that is listed as Local Pickup. The transaction will be canceled immediately and the item will be relisted.

 

 

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We will accept returns if the item is grossly misrepresented or arrives defective/missing pieces.  All other return requests will be considered & handled accordingly.

  • Contact us within 3 days of receipt

  • Ship items back within 5 days of receipt

  • Request cancellation within  24 hours of purchase

  • Returns will not be accepted for items sold AS IS. 

 

Merchandise must be returned unused and in the exact same condition in which it was received.  All tags and original packaging must still be in tact, if applicable; white locking jewelry tags must still be in tact, unaltered or damaged.   We reserve the right to refuse or lower the refund amount for failure to comply with any of the above. 

 

Buyers are responsible for all returned items until they reach us so please make sure to properly package items to avoid damage.  Buyers are also responsible for the cost of return shipping and must use a trackable shipping service.   Without tracking and proof of delivery, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.

Once the return has been inspected and approved, a full refund, less any shipping costs, will be issued immediately via PayPal.

 

Exchanges are subject to the same policy as returns.  Buyer will be accountable for the shipping costs on both the return item as well as the exchange item.

 

 

SHIPPING

Please provide the correct address at the time of purchase.   We will not, under any circumstances, accommodate address changes after a transaction has been completed. 

 

We require 1-3 days for shipping & handling.  Orders purchased over the weekend or during holidays may experience a longer delay in shipping time. 

 

We ship to the Continental Unites States and Hawaii only.  We do NOT ship internationally. 

 

We ship Priority Mail or First Class Package, insured with tracking with USPS.  Orders totaling $150 or more will require signature confirmation.

 

By purchasing from our online store, you are agreeing to all of our terms & conditions.

 

 

FINANCING

FlexApproved, powered by Terrace Finance, is exclusively available for in-store purchases and cannot be used for online transactions.  Orders that violate these policies will be cancelled immediately and the item will be relisted. 

All purchases made through FlexApproved are considered final.  Exchanges may be approved on a case by case basis, subject to specific circumstances.
